We had a fantastic time with friends, staying three nights in a cozy room. We explored Halong Bay on the Paloma Cruise and had a stunning experience with breathtaking views. The breakfast was a highlight, with options ranging from pho to pancakes. The staff were super friendly, always making us feel welcome. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore and have a good time.

The only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay! It felt so good to be there that we didn't want to go home.

Our family had a fantastic time visiting Halong Bay. We enjoyed the stunning panoramic views and the spacious cabin on the luxurious cruise. The helpful staff made the trip memorable, especially when they arranged our transport and tours seamlessly. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

We stayed for 5 nights in an Executive Suite. The air conditioning was superb, and we loved that the hotel washed our clothes and returned them the same day. The room was very spacious, and the location was ideal—quiet but close to vibrant shops and restaurants. The prompt service regarding our shower issue was truly impressive.
